- How does billing work?
- Pre-paid wallet. Top up via PayPal, then use the balance to buy plans and addons. Balances are non-refundable but never auto-charged — cancel any time, your balance just sits there.
- What if I go over my device quota?
- Add device addons (Solo: $5/mo per device, Pro: $4/mo, Studio: $3/mo) — prorated for the remaining days of your billing period. Addons cannot be refunded mid-period.
- Do plans include LLM tokens?
- No, all plans are BYOK — plug in your own Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter key. You pay providers directly, no platform markup. We may bundle inference budgets on higher tiers in the future.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancellation stops your renewal at the next billing date; you keep access until then. No partial refunds for the current period.
- What's MCP access?
- Plug your iPhone fleet into Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, Claude Code, or any MCP client. Included on Pro and Studio plans.
